1. Project Intake Requirements

Production timelines begin only after SiteSupply receives complete project materials (business name, logo, colors, text, domain info, photos, etc.).

2. Standard Draft Turnaround

3–5 business days after receipt of a complete project intake.

3. Revision Policy

Standard projects include 2 rounds of consolidated revisions. Standard revision turnaround is 1–3 business days. Revisions do not include complete redesigns or major scope changes.

4. Additional Revisions

Extra revision rounds beyond what is included may be billed separately upon notice.

5. Partner Approval

Partner is responsible for reviewing and approving all business details, claims, links, and spelling before launch.

6. Hosting Availability Commitment

Target 99.9% monthly server availability for managed hosting plans (excluding scheduled maintenance and third-party outages).

7. SSL Certificates

Eligible hosted sites include standard SSL/TLS encryption at no extra charge.

8. Backups

Daily automated backups for disaster recovery.

9. Support Response Targets

• Critical Issue (Site down, security issue): Target response within 2–4 business hours.
• High-Priority Issue (Form failure, major layout bug): Target response within 8 business hours.
• Standard Support Request (Text/image edits): Target response within 1 business day.

10. Maintenance

Includes platform/security updates and basic compatibility checks. Does not include major redesigns or new feature builds.

11. Abandoned Projects

Projects inactive for over 60 days due to missing Partner information may be placed on hold and require a reactivation fee.
